UMPBA Membership Form

Are you interested in joining the Upper Midwest Power Boat Association
or do you just want to renew your current membership? You can do so by filling out
the form below and clicking submit.

Once you click submit you will then be forwarded to PayPal to complete your registration

The registration fee is only $35.00 a year.
